Consultation
Each landscape creation starts with an in-depth personal consultation at your property to discuss your ideas, needs and the possibilities for your budget range. We spend two hours with you discussing bed designs, planting options, and natural stone features that can be incorporated into the design as well as lighting and irrigation options. The consultation fee of $150.00 will be credited towards any work that you decide to proceed with.
Quote
Following the consultation and your decision to proceed, a written quote will be provided that includes a detailed description of the scope of work and the proposed schedule. The size and scope of your project will be directly influenced by the monetary investment you decide to make. Our quote will reflect what we can accomplish within or as close as possible to your budget parameters.
Design and Installation
Upon agreement, we then proceed with the design and installation of your landscape.
Maintenance
Following the completion of each project, Lost Art offers our clientele the option of a personalized maintenance contract.
